I don’t have personal experience, as luckily I seldom need to visit the doctor but my husband regularly does and often has to wait for long periods on the phone.

Yesterday was very good, we were taken on time, very pleasant staff.

This visit was for COVID booster and booked via phone text. Very easy to use and the doctor giving injection was very pleasant efficient.

There was no long queue and the staff were polite and helpful.

I used e-consult which worked seamlessly for me and has done so in the past

E-consult is a bit long winded if you still need help for an ongoing problem, for me my shoulder

It was covid clinic so I didn’t see receptionists. Also I didn’t have to ring for appointment as it was offered online

It was quick and the nurse was lovely
